After 2 wweeks waiting for my order with no communication from the company i contacted them to find out about my order. Was advised one item was going to be delayed for unknown time due to a supply issue and one otem would be sent next day. Didnt arrive so had to contact again and finally recieved one of the items and refund for other item another week later.Item recieved was ok but not worth the money or wait. Terrible customer service. Wouldn't purchase again.

I appologise for the lack of communication with your order. You should have been advised of delay with one of your products and asking if you wanted to wait or have a refund. I have raised this with management, who are going to look into this and make sure the correct proceedure is followed in future.
